KEMAL FORRESTER is a registered company. All French Luxury & Savoir Faire Workshop/Tour dates are subject to availability with a maximum of 5 persons per group. A minimum deposit of $350 must be made for all workshops in order to secure your placement. Payments can be made via credit, debit card or “Bill Me Later”. Due to advance booking of all activities, all deposits are non-refundable. The remaining balance must be paid in full 30-days in advance of workshop/tour date in order to guarantee attendance. We reserve the right to view an unpaid balance as a booking cancellation and will, therefore, qualify as a forfeiture of your deposit. Any booking made 90-days or less from the workshop date, due to be paid in full at the time of booking.



You may cancel at any time. However, please be advised that refunds will be a percentage of the full fee minus the deposit which, is contingent upon the date of the scheduled workshop/tour.

 Refunds for cancellation on the part of the attendee when workshops are paid for in full will be given as follows:

–       Cancellation made up to 90 days before the workshop date – 100% refund *excludes deposit

–       Cancellations made up to 60 days before the workshop date – 50% refund  *excludes deposit

–       Cancellation made up to 30 days before the workshop date – NO refund


Workshops/Tours must be paid in full 30-days in advance of workshop/tour date in order to participate. All workshop dates are absolute; therefore, KEMAL FORRESTER commits to the successful completion of all workshops/tours. While significant efforts will be made to provide the workshop in a truthful manner, all participants acknowledge that, under extenuating circumstances, KEMAL FORRESTER reserves the right to modify or cancel workshop activities based on the following reasons which include, but are not limited to; activity availability, too few participants, adverse weather, host illness, logistical problems such as strikes, hostile political climate, acts of God, or any other circumstances, which could make the fulfillment of the workshops/tours imprudent. If any workshop has to be cancelled prior to the start date of the trip, all fees are refunded in full or you may choose to reschedule for another date. If for some reason the workshop needs to be cancelled at any juncture of the trip, refunds are not available. We reserve the right to cancel any workshop/tour with inadequate enrollment 60 days beforehand. In the event that a workshop has to be cancelled due to insufficient enrollment, all fees and deposits paid are refunded in full or transferred to another workshop/tour. We are not responsible for any expenses or damages incurred by workshop members as a consequence of any cancellation, such as costs expended in preparing for the trip including non-refundable or penalty-carrying airline tickets, lost income, or any other trip-related losses or expenses. However, if cancellation is a result of the host’s illness, or other unforeseen circumstances, KEMAL FORRESTER will inform the participants with as much notice as possible should this occur & present a substitute host. Should a cancellation become necessary by KEMAL FORRESTER, the attendee will have the choice of attending an alternative workshop (and partial credit of your airfare will be issued by KEMAL FORRESTER) or withdrawing from the workshop and, where applicable, accepting a refund of the cost of that specific workshop to KEMAL FORRESTER. In the event that the specific host/s is unable to attend due to illness or other circumstances beyond KEMAL FORRESTER’s control, then the workshop will be cancelled, if no suitable replacement can be arranged.



The workshop cost includes the attendance fee, activities, transport during your stay, accommodation & meals. All other expenses are the responsibility of the participants. Not included are any airfares, airport taxes, pre and post workshop accommodation, entrance fees or items of a personal nature. Moreover, the price also excludes any insurance coverage for trip cancellation or interruption, travel accident, travel delay, baggage delay or baggage theft, medical or hospitalization expenses (we recommend you obtain coverage for these items).



You must have travel insurance, including coverage for personal health, emergency medical evacuation, emergency medical expenses, and trip cancellation, which would reimburse you for non-refundable airfare and trip cancellation fees. We cannot accept liability for insurance costs, loss of deposits, airline cancellations or delays or penalties incurred by the purchase of non-refundable airline tickets or other expenses incurred by participants in preparing for this workshop. We cannot accept liability for any insurance costs, if a workshop is cancelled.

Payment of your booking fee represents your acceptance of all terms & conditions outlined anywhere in our brochure or website. Our goal is to provide every participant with a safe, educational & enjoyable experience during the workshops/tours; therefore, you must alert us to any medical condition that could negatively impact your experience or participation, in addition, we assume no liability regarding medical provisions. All information regarding a potential condition will be kept confidential. We claim zero liability for any damages, losses, or expenses of whatever cause or nature, including those resulting directly or indirectly from acts of God, detention, annoyance, weather, quarantines, strikes, civil disturbance, theft or criminal activity of any kind, government regulations, etc., which are beyond our control. Moreover, we bear no responsibility for additional expenses due to unforeseen delays caused by weather, theft or criminal activity of any kind, political disputes, acts of terrorism, strikes, sickness, failure of flights or other transportation to arrive or depart on time, and other causes beyond our control. We are not liable for additional accommodation that has not been outlined in the workshop itineraries. This could be related but not limited to accommodation which may be required en route, prior to or following a trip, issues create by airline scheduling or schedule changes, or by individual clients' travel arrangements as well as other factors. We cannot assume any responsibility for loss, damage or theft to baggage or personal property. In no manner shall we claim liability for incidental or consequential damages of any kind. Furthermore, we reserve the right to substitute living accommodations, activities & dining locations as well as the option to alter the itinerary, if deemed necessary or advisable. KEMAL FORRESTER retains the right to cancel any workshop/tour prior to departure upon the refund of all payments received.

We undertake no responsibility for additional expenses incurred by trip members in preparing for the trip (i.e. non-refundable advance-purchase air tickets, equipment, etc.) in addition, we reserve the right to take photographic or video records of any workshop/tour & may use any such records for promotional as well as commercial purposes.



By submitting the booking form and/or registering for a workshop, you accept & agree to all the terms and conditions noted above. Any individual who submits the booking information, does so on behalf of all the individuals named in the booking details, therefore, all are bound by the booking terms and conditions.
